The Kittyhawks - Euro Trip Fundraiser Send
with special guests Gusto Gusto + Ras Jahknow
The Leadbeater Hotel (Richmond, VIC)
Sunday, 15 June 2025 12:30 pm
Melbourne ska punk rogues, The Kittyhawks are heading off on their first European Summer Tour, trekking through Germany, Poland and the UK, including This Is Ska festival in Germany.
Since playing their debut live show in November 2023, the band has already headlined venues across Australia, have supported Bad Manners (UK), Dubioza Kolektiv (Bosnia), Hey Smith (Japan), Voodoo Glow Skulls (USA), Belvedere (Canada) and toured nationally including the East Coast and WA. 2025 has already seen the band play a run of headliner shows across Indonesia.
The Kittyhawks debut single “Danger in the Middle” has received airplay on Triple J and was called the “best Australian ska punk release in many years” by Ska Nation Radio. Their debut live shows were described as “chaotic energy breathing life back into the ska punk scene”
The band are throwing a massive send off party to help to raise funds for the (very!) expensive trip.
Joining The Kittyhawks will be reggae legends Ras Jahknow and raucous festival faves Gusto Gusto, fresh off their appearance at Glastonbury.
Head down for a sneaky Sunday dance sesh and don’t even worry about babysitters, under 18s welcome with guardians.
